June...

We travelled to Cazorla in northern Andalucía the first weekend in June to meet up with Hashers from the coastal Hashes of Mijas and Malaga (Spain), and Almancil (Portugal).  This is olive country and there must be billions of olive trees as far as the eye can see - so, of course, we came home laden with absolutely the top quality stuff from the local co-operatives.

The weather was superb although the pool was a little on the brisk side for Julian & Yasmin.  The run on the Saturday was about 16 kms, very steep going up but with awesome views when one could catch breath and look.  Sunday’s run was just as stunning, again hard work going up but fabulous scenery to run amidst once on top, and through a Moorish castle on the last leg.

By the time you read this, we will be back in the UK and looking forward to the next chapter in the life of the Dog and Dragon!
