It`s been a surprisingly busy time, so much so that I have only just realised that I have not updated this for three months. Highlights included a visit from John and Liz on their way back to Oz, and a trip to Madrid for the Madrid Hash House Harriers 25th anniversary - a great long weekend although an interesting sequence of runs. The Saturday afternoon run was about 8km in the mountains and the Sunday lunchtime recovery run was 16km in the blistering heat of the Casa de Campo - just slightly the wrong way round!

Yasmin�s Sports Day was fun - she was really amazingly accurate throwing the bean bag, three times in a row - and then the fourth target (teachers getting their own back) was a parent, me - still accurate though despite my fierce looks.

We also helped organise the Village Summer Fair for the second year running managing a successful day both in terms of turnout and profit despite having the only day of rain in the whole of May and June.
