March...

So Young, her sister Young Nam, and Yasmin arrived in Madrid on 7 March having spent around 18 hours travelling from Seoul.  Yasmin behaved impeccably the whole way and did not once succumb to air rage!  This considerate behaviour has continued apart from a day or two after her one month vaccinations,

We have joined the Madrid Hash with Julian having clocked up 3 runs in March and So Young, Yasmin and Young Nam notching one run each.  Yasmin was fine during the run although she rather let herself down by not downing in one and then blowing bubbles during the rest of the circle.  (You have to be a Hasher to understand that.)  So Young and Julian also attended the Hash Annual Dinner and Dance.

Julian made one trip back to the UK ostensibly for work, but in reality to stock up on items not found in Madrid, primarily cinnamon and raisin bagels, possibly a minor misuse of the corporate jet.  He also saw Real Madrid beat AC Milan in the European Championship and has 3 seats in a box for the Manchester United match at the Bernabeu in April...but has given them away to his management team...aaaagh!
